The place and access is good, good staff, rooms looks retro

There was a ladder near the bathroom window, which made little privacy concern.

The toilet was neat and clean. but furniture in the room was very poor. Tv remote was not working. Door locking system is also not standard.

Room was spacious. AC worked well.

Place was dirty. Sheets had not been changed. Took staff a long time to find fresh sheets. Had to change them myself, no help offered. No hot water.Location is not great either. No restaurants or shops nearby.

The hotel had a reasonably big room and the air conditioner worked perfectly. There was a wall mounted flat screen tv but I didn't use it. The bathroom was clean and bedsheets were changed on request. Bottled drinking water was available for free. The room had a balcony looking out over the street below, though I never used it. There is a gym, with good equipment, in the neighbouring building, which charges 100 rupees per day.

The first 3 days there was hardly any water in the bathroom. However, the plumbing was sorted out when I called and complained to the proprietor, who leaves everything to his reception staff and is never present there. There is no laundry facility and no laundries in the vicinity. There are not many restaurants or bars or shopping centers in the area. The hotel is meant for business people as there is nothing much to do in the area.

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

No lift,All rooms on second floor,the reception is on ground floor,No intercom.Old worn out furniture.AC was not much effective.Bathroom water some times flows in the Bedroom needs granite strip to avoid such occurances.No Room service.Language is a problem cannot understand English nor Hindi.Needs tea maker in the room.

The staff was very very helpful. The wifi is excellent. Air conditioning works great.

The chair was extremely barebones. They should keep a more comfortable chair in the rooms. Cleanliness could be better. Facilities in general are okay and value for money. But its a hit or miss in terms of what room you get.

I booked Deluxe AC Room. Room is very spacious.Staff is very responsible and responding properly.

Bed sheet's are little dirty. Lift facility is not there. Hot water facility is not guaranteed.We stayed 2 days. 2nd day we got water problem. Morning we didn't get the water for couple of hours due to that we got our plan is little bit disturbed.

OYO has completely ruined my trip by failing to deliver on their promise. At the last minute, they informed me that the property I had reserved was no longer available because it had been sold out. While they offered an alternate stay at the same price, they did not communicate any details about this arrangement. This left me scrambling to find accommodation for my family during the busy festival season, causing unnecessary stress. This incident reflects a clear lack of professionalism and accountability on OYO’s part. As a result, I no longer trust, use, or recommend OYO services.

The only favourable thing is its location. And underground parking facility

The room was not clean. Broken furniture and no TV. And the force of water in the bathroom is so pathetic and we have to wait at least half an hour for a bucket of water. The toilet seat cover is also broken. I really don't know why booking. Com has recommended this property to me.

Location is very good. For airport access, it is highly recommended.

In bathroom, there was some issues with the water supply but the reception staff helped by giving access to an alternative bathroom.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and big. Not very far from the central bus and railway station.

The behavior of the staff initially was rude, later on they helped a bit. No hot water!

This place is rated 4 stars on Booking.com but this place is a dump. They provide no toilet paper even after request, no soap, 1 towel in a room for 2, the most unfriendly staff among all stays in a 5 weeks India trip. Also they say check out at 13.30 was ok. At check out, they asked for more money. And for the rest....just check the pictures.... It should be rated 1 star. But they have accumulated over 70 reviews of 10 points since August. I suspect most of the reviews are not genuine. Having such low standard hotels rated 4 stars is not acceptable. I've asked Booking.com to correct that so that other customers don't make the same error booking there. No action was taken in that sense by Booking.com which let such dump rated at 4 stars and accumulate misleading reviews.

The hotel owner was very helpful and the staff was polite Have a good stay in the hotel as the staff service is attentive.

Amazing staff that was friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The hotel was well maintained and the facilities were good. The room service was very fast.
